OUR HISTORY
1969
In late fall, Curtis D. Eagle forms Eagle Engineering Co., located at 2695 Pearl Road in Alpena, Michigan.
1972
Curtis D. Eagle designs & manufactures the spark plug wire indexing machine utilizing a Geneva movement, from GM/AC. Eagle Engineering Co. becomes Eagle Engineering & Supply Co. after earning the local distributorship for Westinghouse Electric Company’s Distribution and Control Business Unit.
1970
Eagle Engineering Co. is incorporated in the State of Michigan for the purpose of designing and manufacturing industrial material handling equipment. The original Eagle Engineering logo is designed by Curtis D. Eagle. The company supplements its manufacturing with standardized utility and work trailers.
1979
Eagle Engineering & Supply Co. signs agreement with Venturmation to manufacture large, 20,000 to 50,000 CFM, Venturi-type air scrubbers for automotive castings and machining markets.
1974
The company moves to newly constructed 15,000 square foot offices and fabrication facility at
101 N Industrial Highway in Alpena’s
newly formed Industrial Park
1998
Eagle Engineering & Supply Co. signs a technology license agreement with KIMIDO Kindler GmbH of Horb, Germany. The company will manufacture the KIMIDO system as the Aerogran™ synthetic iron oxide pigment dispensing, in North and South America.
1997
The company expands sales internationally with sales of synthetic iron oxide mixing and dispensing equipment to China and Turkey.
2020
Eagle Engineering & Supply Co. celebrates its
50th anniversary and also ships its 100th
Aerogran pigment dispensing system.
